Bumpus Harley-Davidson of Jackson

After I got back home, I had put 402 miles on the bike. A friend of mine noticed the front right cap that holds the front axle was missing. I called Bumpus and they did nothing. I called them a second time and they sent me the wrong part. I finally called the location in Memphis and they sent the correct part. They only apologized after I made 3 or 4 phone calls and did not offer reimbursement. The manager I spoke with in Memphis did say he didn't want this to happen again. But I feel they risked my life. I drove over 400 miles without knowing the axel was not attached. It took 18 days before they were able to get the correct parts to me. Scott Bumpus told me that when I come back through Jackson that he would give me a 15,000 mile service plan for free. I would not take my bike back to his store to be serviced. I expected them to refund the price for labor, but they did not.
