Called ServPro for an estimate. They came out about 4 days later on a Friday morning. Looked at the problem area and left. Stated he would send me an estimate either Friday afternoon or Monday morning. Did not receive the estimate until Tuesday at 1pm. 3 weeks later, I contacted them on Monday to schedule the work. An agent contacted me Monday around 5:30PM. Was not able to answer the phone right then, called back 10 minutes later and they were out of the office for the day. Left message requesting they contact me in the AM. Around 10 AM the next day received a call back. Was told that someone would call me in about an hour to schedule the appointment. It is now Wednesday afternoon and have not received a call back. Needless to say, I will not be using their service. On the plus side, I discovered Angie's List as a result of their lack of response.
Description of Work: Estimate and attempted to schedule the work to be done.
