Auto Body Work
I called Leon's Body Shop and scheduled a time the next morning to take my wife's car for an estimate. An appointment was scheduled and he informed me that if I used Hertz for my rental that they would have a car waiting for me when I dropped the vehicle off for repairs. We scheduled the appointment for early the next week and when I dropped off the car there was a rental car waiting for me with a similar color and body-style as the car my wife drives.
Lee kept the car one night as promised, and it was ready the next afternoon. The final price was approximately $100 LOWER than the estimated price. The work was flawless. When I offered to pay for the touch-up to the sides of the vehicle (where the car had been "dinged" by other car doors in parking lots) Mr. Carroll insisted on not charging me and said minor touch-ups were a value-added service.
