This is the most unprofessional business person we have ever had dealings with. Finally around mid June Mr White called out of the blue and said he wanted to make everything up to us and get the job done. Since we were over a barrel with Mr White holding our granite ( he had left his original place of business and basically disappeared ) we agreed for him to resume - but to be done immediately. We never have heard from him again to this date. Actual service done: picked up granite, made countertop templates. Dis-service done: kept granite we had already paid for, kept money without doing a service

It was very unsatisfactory. They came with the incorrect size, and without a vacuum cleaner to clean up while they tried to install the piece. When we called and told them about the cracked part, Torry tried to tell us that is was the person who connected the cook top, although they were shown the crack before the cook top was connected. We asked for some of the cutout pieces to be put up on the back splash, the pieces were delivered but not installed. Not a great experience, rather disappointing.
