ProTech was great, the mechanic was professional and their work was top notch.  
I do however want to inform anyone who is reading this review to re-consider their relationship with Angie's List. Recently, Gov. Pence signed the Religious Freedom Restoration Act into law RFRA. Legislation to allow business owners to refuse service to individuals based on religious conviction. No one, should ever be forced by the government to violate their faith to appease ones sinful lifestyle. While I completely oppose homosexuality, they (homosexuals) have the freedom to choose that lifestyle. Americans who's faith teaches that homosexuality is a sin should also have the freedom to oppose and not support their lifestyle. Angie's List, headquartered in Indiana had planned a 40 million dollar expansion and 1,000 new jobs for the state. That expansion was halted when Gov. Pence signed the RFRA. Angie's list vowed to boycott the state of Indiana until the bill was changed to support the LGTB agenda. Simply put, Angie's List opposes Religious Freedom. As such, I am excising my right to boycott Angie's List and per the membership agreement, requesting a 110% reimbursement of the membership dues until Angie's List is willing to respect religious freedom. If you support Religious Freedom, I encourage you to do the same.

I have been happy with them. They were excellent.

The service was punctual and the contact/counter person was very nice and told me if there was any question or the feel of the brakes did not feel right, to bring it back and they would resolve it free of charge. He told me they guaranteed their work. The new brakes felt great, so I had no need to return the car. I will definitely use them again.

The car had been losing fluid and I hadn't been able to tell where it was coming from. They found it, fixed right the first time and I couldn't have been happier with the repair.

Protech had been recommended to me by a co-worker and I used Angie's List to reinforce the recommendation. Protech provided a reference for a towing service that was prompt and reasonable. Protech diagnosed the issue within the time frame they set and completed the repair and service in a timely manner. The manner of all employees with whom I interacted was professional and appropriate.

I dropped off my car late one afternoon and they checked it out the next day. The called me to tell me what they found and gave me an estimate to repair. I approved them to do the work and they completed it that day. I picked up my car later that afternoon.

David Watts is the proprietor. They are very experienced and knowledgeable. They are reliable and honest. I believe that they have a high degree of integrity. They fix it right the first time. I don't think he is the cheapest one in town. But in terms of value, I know that the job is getting done right and I have confidence in them that they are only doing what needs to be done. So, I feel good about the price; I feel like I get good value for what I am spending.

I have used Pro Tech for a number of years. They are very professional and honest. I trust what they tell me and service is always done correctly and on time

We arrived for the appointment and were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. The rep got the info and directed us to the waiting room. He offered to take us to work or home instead of waiting (shuttle service).
Waiting room was comfortable with plenty of magazines, tv and water cooler. It was clean and in good repair.
The work was completed in a timely manner. I saw the car being taken for a test drive before they started working on it. We were told it did not need brake or front end work so they didn't try to do unnecessary work just to get money.
we will return for future auto repair - maintenance needs.

I've been very pleased with them. They have been very honest, they never overcharge, always listen and always fix the problem. You can't beat that. There has been nothing bad with them as they have fixed everything. One thing we do is research our vehicles and find out what are the common problems with each vehicle, and usually the manufacturer will send out message boards on how to fix the problem. So, all I would say is, people should do their research to on their own vehicles on the internet. That may be why we have so much success because we actually pinpoint the problem before because many people have the same problems usually with cars. We found out our Saturn was made in '97 or '96 with a fuel pump that was too small. There was a message that they had a new fuel pump that they use in other models that work better, and sure enough, it did. Then, the steering was locking up, and it was because water was getting in underneath and these were defects from the beginning for which they had to install splash guards inside to keep the water out. I live close to him but I would actually drive 30+ miles to use him if I had to.

They are honest and reliable. They are experienced and give you a good estimate. They stick to their estimate.
