We were well pleased with their work and their customer focus. Mr. Redman is a man of his word. During discussions with Jim, as he was preparing the bid, it had been agreed that the fascia boards needed to be cut down. The roofers did not do this work prior to replacing the roof but Jim promptly sent his men back to address the problem. We selected Petra based on their reasonable bid, although not the lowest, and very favorable comments from a recent customer in the neighborhood. It has been a pleasant experience doing business with Jim and his men, we are pleased with the value of their work and would gladly use their services again.
