They rock! Boarding prices are great! And while I was hoping the vet visit would be cheaper, for the administered treatment of his infection, was worth it. I use these folks all the time and I highly recommend them. It's clean, friendly and the docs there know their stuff!

Dori had some tumors removed on her eye lid and she also had her teeth clean.

I went in for an initial vet visit for my newly adopted puppy. I arrived early for my scheduled time, but waited over 30 minutes past my scheduled time to be seen. Once I was in with the doctor, he looks over my pet and took his stats (heart rate, breathing, etc.) but did not throughly review the shot record I was provided by the adoption agency. He missed that my puppy's vaccinations were not correct (found error at another vet) and did not ask for a stool sample (found out at a nother vet that my puppy had worms too). The vet did not explain all the recommended necessary shots. For the ones he did explain, the seemed wishy-washy about them and unprofessional. I was unimpressed with the service at this vet.

The overall experience was good. The staff was friendly, knowledgable and professional. My only complaint was the wait time. We were there almost 2 hours.

Dr. Hammon is awesome he treated my puppy with patience and conscientiously and alsoWe're gonna be traveling for 9 hours by car and my dog is not a very good car traveller, so we contacted Dr. Hammon if we can give my dog a tablet to calm her during the travel, and it works so perfect. Thank You Dr. Jim.

Vet tech and Dr. Ward were both gentle with the cat, who was terrified. They appeared receptive to my concerns. Charges seemed a little steep but likely in line with other good vets in the area. I appreciated that they did not try to "push" a lot of other services.

The veterinarians at Northgate have always been very caring and helpful. We have been going to them for about 7 years. Dr. Ward is the main vet that we see, but we have also had Dr. Randy Hammon see one of our cats who needed surgery. They have seperate entrances/sides for the cats and dogs, which seems to help with one of our cats who gets really scared at the vet's office. They also seem to have up-to-date equipment and are able to perform laser surgery, which seems to cause less pain and bruising for the pets. They have a good website that provides much more information about them and their services.
