Cost estimate and performance was reasonable and punctual.
Work requested was painting walls in two rooms and ceilings in two rooms.Also requested smoothing, refloating, and sanding rough, crazed areas in one of the rooms.
Finished product was satisfactory, but felt a little more care could have been given to prevent paint drips from getting on other surfaces and dust prevention. Had to clean dust out of cabinets in sanded room and clean up minor paint spots on countertop and carpet.
Worker was personable
They said they did ceilings but I had to have them redo most if not all of them at least 3 times and I would not say they are right yet.
They was almost no wall prep before painting. I had to do some of it and had another contractor a quite a bit of time prepping walls also.
What wall prep they did do needs to be redone.
They sprayed the outside (not my preference) and got overspray on many surfaces. They chose to bleach the house rather than pressure wash which might have been fine but they got the bleach on my screened in porch and bleached it. They did attempt to fix that by painting the the studs after I had the screen and mullions remove
