Installation was excellent. Done on time and very professional. One of the screens had a rip in it and after 5 months I am still waiting for them to replace the torn screen.

The young man that Lowe's sent and his helper came bright and early. They got started right away laying out what we had decided on and worked diligently. By the end of the day, they had installed the footings and framework, along with the decking. They returned the following morning and spent the day doing all the detail work. Even though the days were rather cold, they worked quickly and competently. I was very pleased with the results.

I contacted Craig at Lowes and told him I was interested in replacing my contractor grade windows with something better. Craig came to my house, measured window openings and we discussed what types of windows I wanted. Even though I didn't think they would do it I asked if they could enlarge the window over the kitchen sink. To my surprise the installation guy said no problem. He described in detail how he would accomplish the job and I felt very comfortable that he would do it right. A couple days later Craig called with a price which I found very reasonable. I trust Lowes because they have installed flooring, counter-tops and a sink for me.
I paid for the install and a couple weeks later the windows came in. The installer called me to set up a date for the install.
The install team came out on the day promised - they arrived at 0900 and were finished by 1700. They did a good job setting the windows and insulating around them. My only real complaint is that one of the windows was a bit tight and the guy installing it was knocking it pretty good to get it to go in... I found this to be a little disconcerting being as they are pretty expensive windows. But Lowes has a one year guarantee on their labor and they will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.
Overall I am extremely pleased with the work and the look of my new windows

I was very pleased with the installation and the professionalism of the installers. They showed up on schedule and completed the job on time. They were very helpful in putting my felt pads under every item of furniture, etc. that would come in contact with my new floor. The quality of the workmanship is first rate. I highly recommend Lowes for new flooring.

We had bought a new commode and new kitchen sink from Lowe's of N Chattanooga and had them do the installation. I liked that fact that we picked out the fixtures and that they arranged for the installation and follow up of services. The installer did a great job and cleaned up after he was done.

They did a wonderful job and it was a good price. They were very professional. I was very satisfied. The installers were very good and they knew what they were doing. Their price was better than anybody else and I would use them again.

I spent $400 on that work. They did not get the work done in 1 day. They had to come back and that is the part I did not like. I like the way the door fit and the screen door fits better than it did before.
