J & G TREE SERVICE

Mr. Weeks performed work for me a year ago. He did an excellent Job at a good price. Being out of town, I was not available to work with him face to face. I trusted him from last year and sent a check in the mail while he did the work. He did not complete the job. He did not remove the oak tree that is causing the problem. It will probably drop the other large limb that hangs over my drive way and house. He did not cleanup all of the downed limbs; especially the huge limb that fell in my neighbor?s yard. I called him about not completing the job. He claimed he did not quote the removal of the oak tree, though I specifically asked him to include it in his quote for the job. He did return one day but did very little. There are still limbs in my yard and the huge limb is still on the ground in my neighbor?s yard. Overall, he did a lot less work for more money this year than He did last year. I will not use J&G Tree Service again. I will now have to find another service and pay more money to complete the job.

The experience was wonderful. They showed up to quote the job less than an hour after I called and began work later that day. They completed the job the following morning and were very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent. They were quick to give an estimate ( within two hours of calling) and punctual with the job. Prices were higher than some others but they could get to the job much quicker and they did not damage the yard or make a mess. Also they are insured.

We were extremely happy with the quality work these guys did on the trees. They were very clean and cut up the wood exactly like we asked them to.
