I do not recommend this company. 17 months after our new gutters, soffit and facia were installed we are having issues. They didn't install them correctly so our soffit is rotting. The gutters are up about an inch and a half too high causing the water to come off the roof and go under the gutters into the soffit causing the damage. Our roofer is the one who realized they were not installed properly when he started to do our new roof. We are past the one-year warranty so we are being told we will have to pay a service fee for them to come fix it even though it was never done properly in the first place. We were then told we can get $1000 refund keeping in mind that we paid $5450 less than two years ago. I have contacted them several time and been reminded of the one-year warranty. In my opinion that warranty only counts if they did it properly in the first place which they did not. We have multiple pictures proving that the gutters were not installed correctly.

Work delayed three times due to lack of planning. Waited to the day of installation to see if the required materials were on hand. WARRANTY SERVICE NONEXISTANT..3 calls to the local number, 2 to the salesman for help. Got one return call and a scheduled day to repair leaks. Waited all day..no show, no call. Havn't heard from them since. Called the home office warranty number and had to leave a message. No return call from them either.

Met with salesman, he measured, and we agreed on a price. Salesman and installer, both friendly, installer arrived on planed date and time. No issues on installation. Took care not to dent or mor my gutters. I chose Homecraft due to I wanted Stainless Steels rather than the vinyl materials that would deteriorate over time.

Gentleman who cleaned the gutters and put on the new gutter guards worked very hard. Realigned the gutters. He was very polite; took pictures so I could see the new gutter guards. I was very pleased.

Matt the sales representative arrived on time. He was very thorough and I felt very honest as my chihuahua doesn't really like people that much but she warmed up to him in like 10 minutes. The craftsmanship of the gutters are excellent! I'm extremely happy with the cost and the way they look around my house. The people that actually put them up cleaned everything up as you couldn't even tell they were here except for the beautiful gutters around my house. I would highly recommend them as they are affordable and didn't excellent job.

I didn't like their business practices. They were dishonest and expensive. Pushy sales tactics. The HomeCraft of Chattanooga has been a nightmare to me. This is a very shady company. Overpriced and they did a terrible job in my house. They sold me seamless gutters with drip edge around the house. The gutters retain water, they do have a seam, and they did not install the drip edge. The only reason I found out is because a roofer climbed on the roof and took pictures for me. This is fraud.
