Description of Work: They were the property manager for the house we were renting. They inspected the house one time in the year we were there. We moved out cleaned the place, they called us back and told us we needed to re-clean the carpets (which were spotless) or they were going to send us a 300 dollar bill. Magically that week they found a new tenant and the carpets were ok. AMAZING!!!

 + -1 moreI like them because they deal with our tenants and I do not have to. They have been very thorough in dealing with the tenants and very knowledgeable at leasing laws.
Description of Work: I use Greyhaven Realty Management Co. for about a year and a half now for managing our rental properties. I just talked to them the day before yesterday regarding delinquent tenant and talked about the monthly statement. I have conversations with them at least two or three times a month.
