Very friendly and answered all my questions. Called to let me know when they were on there way and punctual. Will definitely support this small business and call on any issues I have in the future.

Gentlemen arrived promptly at scheduled time. Located tank lid, which is about 1 foot below grade. Removed soil and removed lid. Talked with me and my kids about tank and importance of maintenance and not putting bad things in tank. ( To avoid problems, I pump every three years.)

Company personnel and management were easy to work with. We had a little hiccup in the midst of service but Ken, Donna, and Carl were extremely helpful and informative. They quickly respond and do everything they can to make the customer happy. Highly recommend them!

Had 3 tanks on property to be pumped. one went ok, the worker left a mess around the second and he refused to do the 3rd because he did not have a hose to fit (even though the same company put in a special sleeve last time they did the job two years ago and had no problem with it.) They also charged $150 more for two tanks pumped this time than for pumping out three last time.

Everything went great. A slight wait because of so many customers already scheduled, but they were here when they said they would be. Although it seemed a little pricey for the concrete cutting at first, when you consider equipment and consumables (diamond cut wheel) and the extra time and work involved, it probably was reasonable. Honestly, it would be more cost effective for them to just pass up this job and moved on to the next customer. But, they handled it very well. Their truck and equipment was clean and new looking, very professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to call them again. The price for pumping the tank was less than I expected, and less than another company charged at another address years ago.

Very prompt and professional. They came out the same day I called and did the job extremely quickly. Answered all questions and even gave tips on how to keep the tank clean.

The driver, John, called about 30 minutes prior to arrival, as promised. Upon, arrival, he quickly located the tank and removed the inspection cover. He pumped the tank, backwashed it, and pumped it again, and verified flow into the tank by having toilets flushed and sinks run.

John answered numerous questions and marked the corners of the tank.

This company was $2000 less expensive than other companies. They are known and recommended by the health inspector because they pull permits and get inspections. The quality of work was better than other companies described they planned to do. Very professional. Did not look like they just crawled out of bed like the other companies did. They had no problem explaining what they planned to do and answered questions without looking at you like you're stupid for asking them. No upfront contracts. Excellent company.

Out of the four companies we called and left messages with they were the only company to return our call. They came out the day they promised and were on time too. They also called before they came out to reconfirm the appointment.

Very well. The man was on time, did the job quickly, and fixed a collapsed tee connection to our field lines. We are very satisfied.
