They do good enough work but they are the most expensive of any pet provider I've ever used. So I chose to use the Animal clinic on hwy 58, which was very good and much less expensive.

It worked out okay other than I think they are quite expensive. They are a little higher price than some of the other local vets.

I purchased the Optimum Wellness Plan that includes yearly dental cleanings so that is why the cost looks so high.
I was very pleased with this visit to Banfield at PetSmart in Hixson. The staff was great and so was Dr. Shepard. I have a 7 year old Yorkie. I have paid let's more for check ups and dental cleanings combined in the past. The cost included shots, chec up and teeth cleaning. But it also includes another check up in 6 months and unlimited office visits.
I hated leaving our vet when we moved to this area but I am glad that I tried Banfield. They called twice to check on my baby after his teeth cleaning.
