+ -1 moreThe workers were very hard working people, but they dont have any guidence. I was counting on them for general knowledge of home building. There was overkill on putting in nails to the point that it was splitting the wood and compromising the integrity of it. Pressure treated wood was required by code and they used no means of fastening the wood to the concrete. I had to go back and fix it, the windows and doors were all out of square. They left out the roof clips which is a major mistake. They did come back and put blocks in which was the only option besides completely tearing the roof down. Sub par lumber and sub par work.
Description of Work: They did framing and roofing was supposed to be ready for sheet rock.
