Bathroom Remodel
Pratt Construction did a great job on my bathroom remodel. I gave them the ideas and thoughts that I wanted and they made it happen quickly and on budget. I will definitely call them for my next project!

Pratt construction did an excellent job.
From putting up 2 buildings to putting down our flooring thru out the house, along with fixing some electrical issues we had.
I would highly recommend them.

Bathroom Remodel
I need a few tasks completed. Broken cabinet doors, window trimming to keep the draft out, fixing pull down stairs to the attic. Called and he had a crew there the next day and all work was completed!

I was told they did not rush a job and provided Quality work. Well, they did not rush except for the last day. The work is not all quality. Door and base board trim was cut short, so they caulked the spaces. Chipped a couple of spots and poked a hole about the size of a fingertip (caulked it) in the wall. Did not repaint the spots. The main thing that really gets me is not warranting their work. A 1�x1� floor tile was knocked out, where the toilet sits, when they installed a toilet. I asked if they checked to see if it was leaking and the reply was yes. This is a second bath which I don�t go in often. When I did go in the bathroom a couple of days later, the toilet was leaking and the floor was soaked around the toilet. I shut the water off to the tank. I have called and texted many times but I get no reply. This is what I mean by warranty. They took a small bag of grout to exchange and were to come back to grout the bath room where the toilet was installed. There are lots of little things but they were to come back so I waiting to tell them about what I had found. I realize I am a distance from where they are located and it was weekend work but they knew that up front.e.
