They do good work and they are good people.

They're good people. Their price is good compared to other's I've used before. I had the unit go down and that evening, on a Sunday night I was having 40 people over to the house and they came out and fixed it that day. They do good quality work and they're very punctual.

It was the day after Christmas and the heat went out. We chose to call Air Max because their ad gives military personnel a discount. What a noble thing for a company to do !
Allen quickly came out and diagnosed the problem. Our fan went out and needed to be replaced. We filled the fireplace with wood and kept cozy by the fire while we waited for our new fan to arrive. Once it did, Allen was quick to replace it. He didn't stop there.. he continued to investigate our unit and see several potential problems with our duct work and compressor. Now, many of you may think that he was trying to sell us more parts and make more money but once you get to know Allen, you know.. he really cares about energy efficiency, clean air and the savings it is on your pocket when your electric bill is far less.
Once the fan was replaced Allen also continued to go up and beyond by calling our home warranty company to ensure we would be fully reimbursed for the cost of replacement.
After making mention of all the potential issues we could possibly face with the heating unit in the months ahead , we parted ways. Many months later, sure enough our unit quick working again. We were going through a period of warm weather so it wasn't a big deal to us but Allen, again, was quick to action.
Allen sat us down and gave us options and welcomed our questions and concerns. Ultimately we replaced our unit completely with a high efficient, very well made one. I searched the web to compare his prices with other heating companies and found him to be extremely fair in his costs. After all was replaced and working again, he spent quite a while ensuring the unit was pushing the air out as efficiently as possible. He continued to check all vents and air returns, and measure air quality levels. Since his wonderful advice of changing out the unit, we have an average of 100.00 savings in our electric bill !!
We appreciate the thoroughness of Air Max's work and the accute attention to detail.  We recommend them because you can trust they are doing the best for you as the customer.. not for themselves.  I really think they love the work they do.   

Had to replace a heat pump that was on it's last leg.  Alan did a great job working with us on options and proper sizing of unit.  While we
discussed many alternatives, there was no sales pressure.  In fact we waited several months waiting for a sale item. Once they started
installation, the job was completed quickly and efficiently.  They came back to ensure we knew how the new thermostat programming worked. No surprises on cost or installation.
Overall, a great experience.
