They're usually really fast. Of course you don't have to get out of your car, you just drive in. They do what they need to do. They let you know what services your factory recommends for your vehicle to keep it up to date. It's your choice whether or not you want to do those services or not, they've never hassle me or anything like that.

They send you coupons for so much off. They're conveniently located and do a good job. I've always used them, for many years. The only thing I dislike is that if they find a light bulb that out, they're awful high on those kinds of things. I usually don't get that type of thing done. Otherwise, they do a good job.

They go above and beyond to help, and they don't over charge. Some places try to sell you on things and try to get you to have more work done than needed. This place doesn't do that.

The employees at Valvoline are GREAT! I left smiling and feeling good about the servies performed on my vehicle. They were extremely, friendly, cheerful, and knowledgable. The technician noticed that my vehicle had transmission fluid leaking, and, although the technician could not determine the reason for the leak, he did take the time to make sure the car had enough transmission fluid before sending me out of the bay. When I left, I couldn't believe I was smiling after having spent nearly $50.00 and finding out my car was leaking transmission fluid, but I was! All oil change services are about the same in price and service, but a difference is made when the employees can make a mundane errand turn into an experience that leaves a customer with a smile. I highly recommend Valvoline for all who are looking for a mildy priced oil change, professional and knowledgable technicains, and a friendly atmosphere!
