They showed up when they said they would and they were good to work with.

The appointment was scheduled for 3pm to 5pm. I called the company at 4:50 to see if the plumber would be able to make it to my house. I was promised that the plumber would be paged, & I would be advised. I never heard back. The receptionist does not care if you call or not; you may be waking her from a nap when you call.
