I got same day service and didn't pay an extra charge. They were prompt and extremely friendly. It's sad that the previous company, ARS, had overcharged the A/C unit to where it could have potentially damaged our compressor. You have to wonder if they don't know what they are doing or saboteurs to get a new sale of equipment. It's hard to find someone you can trust these days but I trust Southside Air Conditioning

The previous company broke an internal part (TXV), Brian found the issue rather quickly and by the next morning had the new part and installed it without issue. Clearly knew what he was doing and the system is working correctly now. Highly recommended.

The best thing that this company did was stick to their price. I was very happy about that and the fact that the guy that came out was extremely knowledgeable and was very good about advising me to the best solution to my problem. Their quality of work on the job was great and they did the duct work repair for no additional charge.

They went the extra mile to keep the old unit running until the new equipment arrived and he could get it installed. He has always been prompt and followed through with his commitments. I highly recommend.
