They are neat and they do a great job.

Install was done by a contract company that was more interested in getting done than perfection. Refrigerator was not level, dishwasher leaked and range was unlevel.

Their customer service is pretty good. I’ve been shopping there for about 16 years. They are big volume stores so their prices are reasonable. They are good. If they don’t have one, they usually get it for me. Their products are high quality. Their responsiveness is pretty good. I never had any bit of trouble.

They did an amazing job.  Home Depot came out and measured all windows, ordered custom sizes, and installed everything.  It took about 5 weeks for the shutters to come in and only a few hours to install everything.  They are perfect.  I always buy from Home Depot - especially this one.  They are friendly, attentive, and have amazing follow through.

We were approached by one of the store employees and they were coordinating home visit for cabinet refacing but they would also look at countertops and backsplash and all that stuff and they would give you samples and talk about what colors you would look good with your floors. We scheduled an appointment with the in-store representative and the representative came to our home and they brought all the samples that they said that they would. We talked about what our needs are and we had a lot of recommendations. We selected them because they had such great service. Their pricing was competitive. Everything has been exactly as the representative to be with the in-store expectations having set it up to the timing of them coming to your home, the guy coming to do the measurement and the installation. Everything has been exactly on time. The representative that came to work with us, he had a lot of other good ideas about lighting. He was really good about showing us different kinds of colors and helping us to get a good color because that was a challenge for us. They had some samples that you could really get an idea on how it will look especially in comparison of the colors.

They hired a company that did a really good job.  We were pleased with that.  We were not thrilled with the sales person; but he was okay.  We felt that they didn't really care much after the sale was done and just ignored after that.  They took ever & ever to do the job and it was not good.  They really don't know what they are selling.  We got engineered flooring and it shouldn't be refinished.  They said that we could do refinish it 2 or 3 times.  The person they hired to do the job was good and did a professional job.  If we ever have to do the flooring job upstairs, we would hire them for the same guy again.  The warranty is there for a long time and they will be there for a long time.

Horrible experience. We had 4 delays in getting our door and when it was finally delivered, it was scratched and hinges were not set properly. The store said they had told my wife and I that the door frame on our house would need to adjusted, which was not true. It was an absolute disaster.  We got our money back and contacted their corporate office to let them know about the bad experience.I would not buy a door from this location.  There is zero quality control processes in place for these guys and the sales staff dont have any experience in doors!

They sent a company that was based in Atlanta. They almost destroyed our steps when they installed our carpet. The padding they used was sub standard. They did not speak good English at all.

The first time it was put in so wrong that it ripped and didn't last. Home Depot came out and repaired the carpet and put it back in right.

Home Depot did not do what they were supposed to do and took way too long for what they did do. This project should have taken one week, instead, it took six months. I would not use them again.

Home Depot did not do a good job. They were late and didn't even show up. The carpet looked nice after the work was done, but the whole process leading up to it was a hassle. Their measurements were wrong, but the price for work performed was reasonable.

Everything went pretty well. I have no complaints about Home Depot. The countertops look great. They were out here quicker than I thought they could be. The crew was very professional, and the price they quoted was almost exactly what I paid.

Home Depot did a wonderful job. The doors got installed without any incidents. They also kept a very clean work site. I didn't have to do a thing. They disposed of the broken parts, too.
