Hermitage Hills Day School

The teachers are very caring and friendly! Our toddler son liked the daycare. The owner is very professional and open to suggestions and feedback! They have a webcam through which you can watch your child anytime thru your cellphone, its a great feature and shows their confidence in their staff!!

After trying out a couple daycares for my 3 year old, I stopped into Hermitage Hills Dayschool. I was overly impressed. They have a beautiful, clean facility, are very organized and communicate well with parents. They feed them excellent food, which has always been a sore spot for me in the past, but not now. They even have cameras that I can access with a username and password so I can see my child during the day playing at school. It's a little pricier than the competition, but I feel that the benefits I'm receiving are worth the difference.

We couldn't be happier with our daycare! My biggest fear of returning from maternity leave was leaving my new baby with anyone other than me. Hermitage Hills is amazing and I feel that my daughter is safe and cared for. I truly feel that the owners, director, and teachers care for my child. I interviewed all of the daycares in the area and Hermitage Hills Day School was definitely the best fit for us. It is clean, secure, organized, and the staff goes above and beyond. We love our babies home away from home!

We were new to the area and looked at several different facilities. I wasn't really pleased with any of the facilities we saw, but we had to choose one. Our child was only there for 3 days. I came acrossed Hermitage Hills Day School on the State of TN childcare search website (it wasn't on the search page the last time I looked) and called since I was in a rush to find another daycare having pulled our child from the previous daycare. I called and spoke to Melissa (the Director) and scheduled a visit that day. When I arrived and met Melissa and took the tour, I was immediately ready to write a check to enroll my child. Everyone cares for my child and it shows. He will leave my arms and reach for Melissa, Brittany, Josh and Brooke. I loved the fact that Hermitage Hills is a family owned facility and not a big chain. They are truly good people and I have never had any issues with leaving my child there.
The center is secure as well. There is a keycode to get in the front door and a security system that even allows parents to log in and monitor their child at any time from their phone or computer.
The curriculum is great too. I know that my child is getting the best guidance and education.
Hermitage Hills dietary plan is top notch as well; very healthy. My child always gets a balanced meal with proteins, fruits and vegetables.
I can't say enough about Hermitage Hills and I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone in the area. We were blessed to have found them.

From the very start, Hermitage Hills Day School was very professional, and compassionate! When I was shown in for my tour of the facility, I was met with smiling faces and warm welcomes. This was a very comforting sign since my child will be spending the majority of her hours/days here. The front room was very inviting and clean. I was able to tour the different rooms for the children, and all were very clean, art hanging on the walls, children all happy and playing. The state of the art security system put my mind at ease as I can log onto my computer at work and watch what goes on at anytime during the day. (Not that I even need to, but a nice feature for those first time parents!) I was very happy and impressed with the curriculum that my child would be taught, and the very balanced nutrition she would be provided daily. I would highly recommend Hermitage Hills Day School to any parent looking for a secure, caring, fun-loving, place to have their child learn and grow!

The facility is nice and clean. They have a security system on the building. The classrooms are neat and organized. The meals are healthy and included in tuition. Their prices are average but you get much more than most facilities. The teachers are good. The children do some very creative crafts and art projects. Communication with parents is strong. The ratios in the rooms are low, so children get more attention.
Overall, I would suggest it to anyone. We've had a good experience and really enjoy having our son here. Honestly, most of the daycares in the area are terrible but Hermitage Hills Day School is defintiely head-and-shoulders above the rest.
