hired to remove wallpaper, skim walls and paint. job was finished on time, however, when finished the walls were extremely lumpy (much like adobe) instead of smooth. paint was also mixed with water and was so thin in spots that it was peeling off within a week. also, an entire strip of wallpaper was missed completely, and wasn't removed or painted over. i was told that to fix it would incur another expense for the time, labor, etc. the quality of the work was definitely sub-par; i had to hire another company to come in and fix it (for approximately the same price). i would NEVER hire Shelby Harper again for any type of work...
