I had a fireplace insert that did not work. The technician that checked it out said it needed to be replaced, so I agreed to buy a new one. I asked if I could get the initial inspection fee of $259 dropped if I ordered a new one. He called the office and confirmed that they would. A second technician came out to install the new insert. He wanted me to pay the bill but the $259 was still on there. He called back to the company and told them that I was told that the $259 was dropped and I paid the balance. A couple of weeks ago I received a bill for $259. I called and explained the issue to someone and they promised that someone would call me back. I never heard anything so I assumed that everything was okay. I received a bill via email again this morning. I wrote back explaining my problem. I got a return email with no explanation and they attached the same bill again. Am I to assume that they are not honoring their promise?

Jacob arrived on time and did a nice, thorough job cleaning and inspecting my fireplace and chimney pipe from the floor of my living room up to the roof. He also did a great job explaining his findings and advising me on additional measures that could be taken to make my fireplace and chimney pipe safer.

Chris was courteous and professional. He explained the work done and preventative maintenance for the dryer vent going forward.

My technician was knowledgeable, professional and did a very thorough job. He checked my gas fireplace and made certain all was working properly. I was extretpleased and found price to be so reasonable. This company is first class!

Did an excellent job. Had before and after pictures to show quality of work.

He explained everything on how my dryer vent would be cleaned before he started. Showed me pictures of the cleaned vent after he finished. I would give them a 5+ and call them again for next cleaning

A bit pricey, but all is working well now.
