I'm Shannon a Nashville native that provides Reliable and Affordable house cleaning to the people in Nashville area and some Surrounding Counties. I have couple clients that I currently have on a cleaning plan. I'm also currently working with a realtor company when needed to clean move outs. My prices start out for apartments $60 and Up and for houses $100 and up depending on the size and the condition of the home. Deep Cleanings are $150 and up depending on the size. Regular cleaning consist of All living areas cleaned & dusted -Kitchen & Bathrooms sweeped, mopped and sanitized down. Bedrooms beds made if need be and everything dusted. All floors will be sweeped, Mopped or vacuum $20 extra for ADD ONS: Baseboards-Ovens & fridge cleaned out, windows and window sills cleaned as well as blinds dusted. Move out prices are as follows: 0-1000sq $100 100-1500sq $130 1500-2000sq $160 2000-2500sq $ 190 2500-3000sq $220 Prices Include all areas dusted,mopped, vacuumed, cabinets wiped inside and out, and all the add ons! My moto is that I like to clean your home as if i was cleaning my own home.
