They did the work and it was nice. The price was reasonable. I was very satisfied with the work. ?They were on time.

The plumber missed our appointment and had to reschedule due to a job that ran long earlier in the day. When he came the next day, he was friendly and worked hard to meet our needs.

I called on Monday 9/8/14 to get service for my water heater, which was making a howling sound and a knocking sound. The woman that answered phone was very courteous and professional, said she would put us on schedule for next day. Tuesday I got a call first thing from plumber saying that he was on the way. Arrived about 15 minutes after that. He tried adjusting pressure relief valve and releasing water from the water heater. It is much better but not perfect. My only complaint is that he charged me $100 even though no repair was done and he was only there about a 1/2 hour. $5 of that $100 was for a truck service fee, which is total BS. Apparently the charge is $95 an hour or any portion of an hour.

Incommunicative, grouchy dude did a crap job replacing the tub/shower faucet.
I called in and complained and they sent the same guy back!
Extremely uncool move to pull on a customer.
The guy was really unhappy now.
One of my two complaints went unaddressed.
I called in a second time and the owner/mgr. got on the phone
and said "Sorry, that's it. The job is complete.".

Excellent. From the time I called to the time the drain was working again it was less than an hour.

I would grade them highly across the board.

The job went very well. This is the 2nd time in less than a month that I have called this company to come out and fix some plumbing problems at my father's home. 3 wks ago it was the drainage pipe on the washing machine that was clogged up. Jim came out and fixed that. Now, on this two-leaky-toilets job, it was Doug. Both plumbers were great and did excellent jobs. We are happy and Dad loved being able to talk to them and have good conversation with them as they did their work. The only thing, we had to wait until the next morning for Doug to come out. I had called around 1:00pm and they came out by the next am. On the first job I had called around 12:30 or 1:00pm and Jim was out there in less than an hour. But in both cases it was a less-than-24-hours waiting period from my initial call to them coming out and fixing the plumbing problems. Thanks, Ace Plumbing! Good job!

It went very well. It took him about 1.5 hrs to complete the job including replacing a part.

The repairman was very professional and courteous, finished the repair quickly, which was great, because the water supply to the house had to be turned off until the repair was done.

Ace plumbing come out 3/21/11 and cleaned my drain to my washing machine.It was draining.Then it started backing up again about a week later.They come back out again at no extra charge and clean it and the main line.I would call them for any of my plumbing because they stood behind thier job.I was very pleased with them and their work,

I don't like plumbing, but Ace Plumbing was very good to me and so I like them. They were pretty good. They didn't charge me anything for replacing the valve the second time since they were the ones who had actually installed it initially. So it was pretty nice. They come out on time and call you before they come. If I am at work they are here before I am, so that is very nice. They are pretty quick about coming out on Saturday if you call them. They don't come out mosey about when they do their work because a plumber works by the hour. When you are paying a plumber by the hour and they are slow, that makes you a little unhappy. They come out here to do their job and get it done as well. I don't have anything to compare their price to.
