He refused to charge me his current (slightly higher) rate as I had not previously been informed of the increase. We have used A&M for the past five years and their service level remains outstanding. They are good, honest people who provide exceptional service for reasonable rates.

+ -1 moreThis was a drawn out affair that involved twice replacing the humidifier with new models. Even though this required multiple troubleshooting trips and lots of time from A&M they never wavered. Through out the process A&M was responsive, punctual and honest. They are committed to doing a job right. I would hire them again and recommend them without hesitation
Description of Work: I had warranty issues on a whole house humidifier that was not adequately humidifying the air.
