He came out in just a few hours on an Sunday emergency call, and even gave me a discount; but the reason I rated the overall experience "C" and everything else "A" was because he was supposed to come the following week to replace some outlets, but never came and never called. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt and chalking it up to an oversight. I would use him again because of the good service I did receive.

Called JC Moss on a Sunday and described problem and what work need to be completed. We asked if it would be possible to have someone come out on Thursday. The person on the phone gave us an approximate quote and said someone would call on Monday to schedule a date. We never received a phone call. Early Wednesday morning I called JC Moss again and explained the service needed and requested service for the next day (Thursday). I was told someone would be there at 8AM on Thursday. (In all fairness I said we work from home and would be available all day.) However, we were not told any different as to when we could expect someone to arrive. Thursday morning no one showed up at 8AM. We received a call about 11AM saying they were on their way and an approximate ETA. The electricians took their time and looked things over carefully. They explained things as they were working. The work was less than an hour and when completed they asked if we needed any additional work completed. We didn’t have anything else and we felt the cost was reasonable.

The project went very well and any challenge to completion of the work was handled very efficiently. I could not be more pleased with their work, attitude and professionalism. I would definitely hire again for any electrical need/repair that I have in the future.

They were very helpful and completed the job pretty quick. However they did not come back out and put a cover on an outside outlet. I had them give me an estimate for putting in an outlet for a hot tub and it took forever to hear back from them. They were super friendly but just did not have good follow through.

All work was performed in a timely manner. Some cabinetry needed to be moved to install the outlets and the cleanup was thorough.

The person who came out spent a lot of time figuring out where the outside plugs came from and he actually had to come back a second time. He did repair it and he offered me alternative on how to get them working to make sure I was happy with it. He also had to put an outlet in the kitchen. I thought the charge was more than reasonable considering the length of time he spent. He got it fixed and I have had no difficulty. I am happy with them. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if needed.

Delay beginning work due to Generac shipment delay-not Moss Electric's fault. Work took 3 days and included pad preparation and installation, generator installation(natural gas powered) and installation of a transfer switch including moving the existing electrical panel.
Crew was professional. Initial problem with generator was due to a bad choke assembly which was replaced promptly under warranty.

He was fine and did the work as he stated. Everything turned out fine. I had another company out and they couldn't figure it out. This guy was ready to come out, figure out what the problem was and fix it. He knew his stuff. His responsiveness was great.

I felt like JC Moss Electric was a little bit high on price. The staff was very pleasant to work with. They came out within a couple of days on short notice. The job was also done when they said they would.
