This is the second or third time I have used Wayne Owens Plumbing, and have been pleased each time. On this occasion, we had an old, leaky valve under the sink and a dripping faucet. I had planned to repair the faucet myself but the valve under the sink began to leak due to age once I tried to turn the supply water off under the sink. Wayne Owens was able to schedule my service appointment quickly. They arrived on time and, in addition to repairing the faulty valve, they quickly repaired the dripping faucet as well utilizing most of the parts that I had previously purchased. They were friendly, professional, affordable and efficient. I will definitely call on them again for future repairs. Thanks, guys.

Scheduled appt, and Ashley Owens (Wayne's son) showed up right on time. I thought I had a major issue---it turned out to be a minor cartridge leak. Ashley was completely honest, professional, and charged me a very fair price. In addition, for another job I thought I might need done, Ashley reassured me that it was perfectly fine (even though he could have done the work anyway and taken the $$$) I'm thrilled to now have a "go-to" plumber for future needs. Mr. Owens is a pleasure to do business with! From our first initial call to our final goodbye, the experience was top-notch! Scheduling was a breeze and prompt. Phone calls were returned within minutes. His arrival was right on time and he was extremely thorough in discovering the problem and showing us exactly what it was that needed repairing. The repairs were well executed and we have had no futher issues at all.

Wayne and his family are super nice and very very accommodating! We have used them twice once to fix a pilot light on our old water heater and then most recently we woke up on a Saturday morning to no hot water walked out in the garage to find our water heater had busted... I had to work that morning and my husband had to have my son at a baseball tournament in south Nashville we called Wayne told him about our window of time we had he was at our home when we pulled in the driveway and in approx an hour to hour and a half he had the new water heater installed and ready to go! and We didn't miss a single moment of our son's baseball tournament! THANKS WAYNE! you guys are amazing and will will use you in the future!

Owen's was great! When I called to make the appointment, they were available the same day. Very accommodating of my schedule. The service man arrived right on time and was very professional and friendly. The job was completed quickly and for a fair price. I will definitely use them again.

After we called, the lady said they could come at 2:00 that afternoon. She called at 1:50 and told me one of the men had gone to pick up the water heater, but the other service man was on his way to start taking out the old water heater. They were prompt, efficient and professional. They cleaned up after they had finished. The water heater is a quality water heater, and she told me that their company stood behind their product. We are very pleased with the work they did.

WAYNE IS QUICK TO RESPOND TO REQUESTS FOR WORK. HE KNEW HOW TO FIX THE REPAIR AND DID IT QUICKLY AND FOR A REASONABLE PRICE. HE CLEANED UP THE WORK AREA AS WELL.
