Incredible!  Jamie and his crew were in quickly to review and correctly diagnose the problem.  A roofing company told us that our problem was due to faulty shingles (not-storm damage related) and that we would need a new roof.  Jamie quickly realized that our leaking issue was not due to the shingles, but due to the way the runoff was flowing down the slope of the front of our house and was backing up under the shingles where there was no additional protection.  His crew quickly went to work with another storm forecasted and was able to install a water barrier and patch the affected area with new shingles that, while they were different, really do a good job of matching the original.  The next wave of storms hit and the repairs worked.  The leak issue was resovled.  Next they went to work tearing out the water damage inside and getting everything dried out.  Today you would never know anything every happend in that corner of our room and I'm confident that the repairs made by Unique Builderz are solid and will hold up.  I'm just amazed at the skill and expertise that identified the issue immediately upon walking up to the house.  The crew did a fantastic job and were all very respectful of our home and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.  I highly recommend Unique Builderz!!!
