+ -1 moreChris Turner was able to perform the inspection the same week we called to schedule. Chris clearly explained what was provided and not provided as part of the inspection. Chris was on time for the inspection and afterward walked us through the house explaining not only what he found but covering some home maintenance basics with us as well. While on site, Chris showed some of his findings to the construction superintendent who was able to quickly fix some of the issues found. He had the report back to us in less than 24 hours which was vital as we had our walk through with the builder the next day. The report was detailed and concise. It had color photos and specific details of what was found. I would definitely use Chris again and recommend him to anyone who needs an inspection.
Description of Work: We needed to get a home inspection on new construction and we were in a time crunch.
