All of Steve's time estimates were right on target.
Price was in line with others. Added benefit for a very affordable fee, all existing blinds can be removed and reinstalled by the installer. This was a huge help
Ray (installer) and his partner Bill were on time and very courteous. They came prepared and went above and beyond to ensure a clean install.
A few screens were damaged. I didn't notice but Ray pointed it out to me and made sure I checked all windows for any more issues.
I never thought new windows could be so enjoyable. Don't hesitate to go with The Window Guyz if you are shopping around for replacement windows.

However, after about 2 1/2 years, one of the locks on our window broke, We can no longer open the window more than a couple of inches. I first notified The Window Guyz of this issue in the fall of 2012, and followed up every couple of months. Every time we spoke to the owner we heard, "No problem, we have the part and it will take 5 minutes to fix it. We'll give you a call on Monday to find a time to come by." Then we would never hear from them. This even included a day where I stayed home from work to meet them. They never showed up, and when I called the company, I was told, "My guy was supposed to stop by there. Let me call him and then give you a call right back." That was the last time I ever heard from The Window Guyz.
