Quality door installed but workers left before testing the door lock, which did not work. Worker Tim's voice mail was full so could not reach him. Bill Wilson responded promptly and fixed the lock. Tim and assistant left much dirt and grit on floor which had to be removed on hands & knees. Will rethink having them replace a second door.

"We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience because of the delayed installation. The issue was because of not requesting tempered glass in a particular window. Once I was made aware of that, I immediately ordered that window which took 2 weeks to get it. It is never our desire for an install to be delayed, unfortunately there are times when things happen outside of our control. I appreciate your business."

Steve (owner) was punctual and professional. Explained the estimate and described the process clearly.
All of Steve's time estimates were right on target.
Price was in line with others. Added benefit for a very affordable fee, all existing blinds can be removed and reinstalled by the installer. This was a huge help
Ray (installer) and his partner Bill were on time and very courteous. They came prepared and went above and beyond to ensure a clean install.
A few screens were damaged. I didn't notice but Ray pointed it out to me and made sure I checked all windows for any more issues.
I never thought new windows could be so enjoyable. Don't hesitate to go with The Window Guyz if you are shopping around for replacement windows.

Very responsive. Took care to explain the products and process. Let us know they could probably do the entire job (about 15 windows) in a day, but cautioned it might take another half day. They were able to complete everything in a day. Took care of cleaning up everything. The new windows insulating properties came in very handy with the very cold weather that we've been having! Would definitely recommend them.

Steve, the owner, is not a "hard sell" guy. He was very pleasant and answered all questions promptly. His installer, Ray, is very attentive to detail both inside and outside...being very careful to protect furnishings and carpeting/flooring inside and shrubbery outside. The price was very good for an excellent product (I had 5 estimates and his was the most reasonable). I am extremely happy with the product.

We were satisified with the work The Window Guyz did in installing our new windows.
However, after about 2 1/2 years, one of the locks on our window broke, We can no longer open the window more than a couple of inches. I first notified The Window Guyz of this issue in the fall of 2012, and followed up every couple of months. Every time we spoke to the owner we heard, "No problem, we have the part and it will take 5 minutes to fix it. We'll give you a call on Monday to find a time to come by." Then we would never hear from them. This even included a day where I stayed home from work to meet them. They never showed up, and when I called the company, I was told, "My guy was supposed to stop by there. Let me call him and then give you a call right back." That was the last time I ever heard from The Window Guyz.

Everything they did was excellent. They replaced ten windows in about six hours. They had a three-man crew, and they all knew what they were doing, and they did a good job. I would use them again in the future.

While our overall experience with Morris Siding and Windows was very good, the gutter installation was a notable exception. Gutters were attached with screws in a variety of colors, one downspout was hung crookedly (and not fixed), concern about drainage from one section was "blown off" by the subcontractor.

We LOVE the changed look of our home! Steve was very helpful in our choice of materials and color, and was patient as we collected bids from other companies. I was surprised that the siding "crew" consisted of one man who brought a different "helper" each day. I had gotten the impression that the crew was more consistent in their experience with the company. If we wanted to change outside lighting fixtures, Steve said the crew would gladly install them for us in the course of their work.
