They were excellent. they are the best people around. They were very responsive, on time, very through and they are customer service oriented. I have been using them for many years and will continue to use them. I will never use anybody else. My lawn always looks good.

We sodded our small front yard and hired the Lawn Ranger to maintain it. They were to weed, seed and feed. Last fall the lawn was aerated and seeded. We had areas that were bare and addressed these with the owner. He said it was too late in the season to remedy this year but assured us they would correct the issue in the spring including aerating and over-seeding in the fall. Following spring we began to see increasing weeds followed by brown spots that left bare spots and dirt. These weeds and brown spot overtook our grass. This was before, during and after their treatments. We had discussed these issues a few times with the technician. This fall they came to aerate and seed. When we looked at the yard there were few visible holes and grass seed laying on dirt. This grass seed blew into our pool, onto our porches and sidewalks. We called and ask for the owner to come look at our lawn as It was worse than the previous year. A representative from his company to assess our problems . He appeared to show little interest and disregard the severity of the problems. I told him I would expect the owner to come and look at the yard. A week passed before I received a call from the owner. He said the representative had taken photos and it was not necessary for him to come, as it was not that bad. At which point he began talking about his mother in laws yard how good it looked. It didn’t require any aeration or treatments. At present we have lost half our lawn. Our remaining lawn is filled with Johnson grass, weeds, Bermuda, brown spots and dirt. We informed him of the cost of our sod that is now gone or ruined. His solution was to redo the aeration and over-seeding “it will grow back next year”. This is verbatim what you said last fall. Our response was so it will grow back including the seed thrown on top of dirt, and look like this or worse next fall? The technicians arrived today. I walked over the yard and saw very little aeration with several piles of grass seed on top of dirt. When I asked him about the lack of visible holes he said “I went over it twice”. I pointed out the large areas covered with dirt around the mailbox, the sidewalk and along the curb his response was “my machine can’t get to that”. I explained that the owner assured us last year these areas would be fixed and we would have grass. These areas are larger than last fall. When I asked the technician to show me the aeration as it was not obvious. He showed by pushing his finger in the holes and created a few new ones in the ground with his finger. I asked him to run over the yard again. I showed him a photo taken at my father in laws showing visible aeration. The aeration was done beside his walls, house, curb, sidewalk and around his mailbox. I called the owner, again telling him what happened and asked how grass seed will germinate on top of dry dirt without penetrating the soil. Again I was told about his mother in laws yard. I asked him if his mother in law was a paying customer? This has been a costly mistake. I am appalled that after four conversations and continued problems the owner can’t drive the fifteen minutes to our home to see and address our problems in person. His ability to problem solve and correct problems is obviously not important. We have the worse lawn in our neighborhood. When my neighbors ask “what happened to our lawn” I will certainly tell them who we used for our lawn care and how how unhappy we are with the results.

They're the best around. Their service turned out great at my last house and at my current house as well. They have their own proprietary blend of fertilization treatments and grass seed. You can definitely see the results. They just started treating my back yard. I have already noticed a difference. By the fall it will look just as good as the front. What Wally does absolutely works. I would highly recommend him.

I had been using another provider- and not seeing results. I was referred to him by another AL provider. He knows his stuff, provides a detailed report of what he has done and suggests things for you to do to help your yard. I can tell that what he has been using is working - the yard looked terrible because of how bad my weeds were. Now the grass is really starting to fill in and I can tell that things are looking up for my yard. After I aerate and over-seed this fall, I believe I will have a good looking yard again.

The price is reasonable. They call before hand to ensure that the dogs are put up, and shut my gate afterwards and edge my yard.

I called to have come out between appointment and that was no problem, they came out the next day. They are terrific! I would highly recommend them.
