This is the 2nd job I have used Mike for, it was a little more complicated than the 1st. Mike delayed the job 1 day because he was worried about rain-this is just what you want a contractor that is concerned with the outcome and who will delay to prevent damage. He also power washed my house for an extra $40. The job looks great and has a warranty- a liked how he placed the control joints to make the work more geometrically pleasing to sight. I would recommend Mike for sure.

Mike was excellent and is a fantastic concrete man. He responded immediately and started the job in about 3 weeks. He placed gravel, rebar, control joints and expansion board as agreed. I asked the concrete to be a minimum of 5 inches thick, much of it was 6 to 7 inches thick. After being jerked around by other contractors, some of them on Angies list it was a pleasure to work with Mike. He also placed a warranty on his work

Team was prompt, professional, and everything looked perfect. They even handled a mishap with a little dog running through part of the sidewalk! Pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend Mike and Southeastern Concrete for any of your concrete needs!

I researched 6 different companies & Mike was the most prompt in responding to my initial call. He gave me an estimate within 2 days & was able to perform the work a week after the time I was ready to schedule. He & his crew arrived on time, worked diligently, cleaned the area when the job was complete & reseeded the area with straw ( which I hadn't expected). Mike was professional, arrived when he said he would, sent text messages with any updates, took pride in his work, and did an overall outstanding job with great customer service. I would not hesitate to use Mike again & will enthusiastically refer him to others.
