Shawn helped me with a mortgage refinance while I was going through a divorce. With him, I felt like I was able to just let my big brother take care of that part for me. He was such a blessing at a time when I needed someone who understands that some loans are not just business transactions. He and his team were not just great at the business/technical side of it; they were also honest, kind, patient, understanding, and supportive. I have done business with other lenders over the years and he and his team are by far the best.

I highly recommend Shawn Ireland and team to anyone. Not only did Shawn and Justin work quickly and efficiently, they both treated me like a true friend. I never once felt "out of the loop" at any point in the process. They kept me highly informed and explained and answered any questions I had with true compassion. They also responded almost immediately to all of my questions and emails. Not only did they get my loan approved early, they also found a few ways to save me money and get more house at a lower cost. In addition, Justin went out of his way to price shop Home Insurance and saved me almost $700/yr. Truly, the best in town!

First of all, my case had winkles. I failed to close because of my J1 (J-1) Visa at first time. The customer service of the first lender didn't meet my expectation, I hardly got sufficient information and even didn't hear a clear denial finally. So I moved on to find other lenders who can help me. Shawn is one of them. I recalled that he was driving and made me feel really welcome. At that time, I had no idea about him and also had no expectation. Two lenders including Shawn told me that they can deal with my case. During the process of decision between the two options, I found that Shawn always responded to my concern in time. My realtor also suggested that Shawn seemed more confident after communication with him. I need to say it's his personality that making others believe him. So I chose him as my lender. He did his best to help me save the cost and eventually got it done! Of note, it is well know that the case (J-1/J1) like me is difficult. Many lenders don't know how to deal with it. Shawn is a so great guy: professional, gentle, patient, always good intentions with me and hard working. My wife nicked him as the guy who always called me after work. I personally took it as a very great plus, because I think that a hard working guy is always a great guy and he is always willing to response me as possible as he can! He has the intention and passion to do a great great job! The process of application is really painless. I just sent him the documents once. What I need to do is signing new documents and wait. He got everything else done and everything went very smooth. I think this is the simplest path we can meet in a mortgage application. Shawn also help me close (two weeks) earlier than our original plan. When the closing day was approaching, he guessed that I was a little nervous and offered his presence at the closing meeting with the title company. His presence made me feel very calm and confident. He is really offering everything to me and I felt so grateful. I highly recommend him. No words can fully express my gratitude to him. Thank you, GREAT Shawn! Shawn and his staff at the Bank of Tennessee provided a very thorough and professional service. This was my first mortgage and I was very green on how the whole process worked. He patiently walked me through all the steps and variables, answering all of my questions in detail, whilst trying to get the best possible mortgage and rates for my financial situation. His advice and help with my tax return was also invaluble. The follow up service and docusigns from his staff was precise in instruction and delivered promptly. Since my mortgage I am currently in the process of attaining a home equity loan from Shawn and the quality of service is the same. This is a totally well run first rate company from top to bottom. Not forgetting extremely friendly!!

I walked into Shawn's office the first time, prepared for the same old run around, thinking I was far away from qualifying. Upon beginning to speak with Shawn, he walked me through what I needed to do in detail, step by step, and showed me that I was very very close to qualifying. Previous lender was unable to approve a large enough loan for the home I wanted. Due to the thoroughness of Shawn and his staff, my loan was approved at the rate initially discussed and with a downpayment I could afford, in time for a closing date that was 3 weeks away at the time my initial loan with another company fell through.
