Pretty well until closing. Buyer was sold on using her employer as closing attorney and they dragged heal until a few days before closing and I had to do all the legwork. Even buyers agent wasn't too happy.

We have used Susanne Flynn/Results MLS twice, and have been pleased with the outcome both times.  We used these services 9 years ago, right as Susanne started this company, and since our home sold quickly we didn't have need for all the resources that were available, but were provided excellent services nonetheless.  In our most recent use, again our home sold very quickly, but we were quite pleased with the services provided and noted that many resources had been added in the time between our uses.  We would not hesitate recommending Susanne/Results MLS...even though you, the seller, do most/all the upfront legwork, they take it from there, and it is VERY worth the time & cost!

Susanne was efficient, organized an very attentive.  We paid a flat fee that was much less than the typical realtor fee.  Within a week of our initial meeting, we had professional pics and and an MLS listing.  The appointments were scheduled for us. We had a full day showings on the first day it was listed and a full price offer by the end of the second day.  Susanne walked us through the entire process, negotiated the contract and handled everything up through closing.  We couldn't have been more pleased with the service that she provided.

Using Susanne was a great choice for financial reasons as well as for the ease of the transaction. She was very responsive, responding in minutes to text messages and emails. Susanne recently helped us sell our home in Tennessee. The process from beginning to end was nothing short of perfect. I have sold 3 homes and purchased 4 and she is by far the best realtor I have ever used, and there isn't a close second. She is incredibly responsive, answering emails within minutes. Her full service listing is a no-brainer at a fraction of the cost of a conventional realtor with the same services provided. I cannot recommend her highly enough. You won't be disappointed.

Listed on Wednesday had a contract on Sunday. This is the second time we've used them. They provided outstanding support during the sell of another house. It was a difficult sell and they were there for me every step of the way.

The service was excellent and very professional. Phone calls and emails were returned either the same day or the next at the latest. All showings were scheduled through Centralized Showing Service, which most realtors use. We were notified both by text message and email, usually at least one day before the showing and were also promptly notified of changes or cancellations. We got written feedback shortly after almost every showing. We used their closing company, Harpeth Escrow, and they came to our home, at our request, to do the closing. Using them resulted in a $250 refund on the listing fee. We paid the buyer's broker 3% vs 6% total if we had listed with a conventional realtor; resulting in a savings of almost $10,000.
