Chris is excellent. He is always on time and in fact, is usually early. He is very responsive to calls and texts, so I never feel like I have to harass him to get a response. He is very professional and personable, and seems interested in finding the best and most cost-effective solution (i.e. I don't feel like he tries to up-sell me on anything, but he is straightforward about what is and is not realistic in solving a problem or finishing a project). I couldn't be more pleased with his work and am using him for other projects around the house because of the positive experience I had with this restoration project.
