Music City Paving & Sealcoating did a great job paving our driveway. Pam was easy to work with. She told us exactly how the project would be done, from grading, thickness of crush and run, thickness of asphalt, square footage, and the $$ estimate. Pam listened to our concerns, gave good suggestions, and assured us that Jimmy would consult with us at the time of the project. The paving happened on schedule, and we are pleased with the final result. We plan to hire them again before winter to do the sealcoating.

I have been waiting 8 mos paid half the money up front still no paved driveway and refuses to have the courtesy to respond to my messages and when they do it's another lie about finishing the job

"Dale when we started your driveway it was extremely wet weather we were trying to workaround. We did several extra things for you at your house without charging extra. Then you were having some remodeling done and wanted us to wait. Then you moved to Florida unexpectedly. Once we got with your realtor and was guaranteed that we would receive the balance, we paved your driveway. Sorry for the delay but it wasn't all on us."

I would have like to have a thicker coat of sealer on my driveway, there are some parts of the drive , that the sealer has gone away and down to the original asphalt. and that is not a highly trafficked part of the drive. My driveway needed a second coat or a thicker coat of sealer.

Not only did the asphalt crack about a month later and the stripping was done incorrectly, but we also could not get a time for him to come back and have had no responses at all.**UPDATE**I was contacted by the company claiming they wanted to make everything right so I decided not to pursue this review. I want to be told they would be out July no later than August. Mid August, I was told September. Needless to say they did not. I have emailed and texted with no response. Since It is October, I believe I have been very patient and have given them ample opportunity to correct the issues. I will not use it again.

After they left I discovered a dinner plate-sized blob of tar in my strawberry planter along with a cigarette butt. It appears that one of the workers dug a hole in my planter then poured in the tar with the intent of covering it up. I can only assume this was excess waste tar he needed a place to discard then forgot to cover it up. He also tossed a cigarette butt in there. This aggravates me mainly because I grow food in that planter. My driveway also had several cracks that needed attention but were neglected. The coating they applied looks thin. I think I could have done a better job myself.

Very efficient, very professional. Arrived on time as agreed, called ahead of time as agreed. Began work immediately after arrival. Was extremely careful around garage and carport with sealcoating. Very friendly and did exactly what I wanted them to do. Cost of entire job was reasonable and fair. Extremely pleased and will call on them again next year.
