Ray met me at the house to give me an estimate for the screens I needed replaced and repaired as well as take measurements. We agreed on a time a couple days later and he came out to perform the work. Can't thank him enough. Very pleasant to work with. Did the work on time, for the price agreed upon, and very professional throughout the process. Would use Ray and Mobile Screen Works again in a heartbeat and will certainly recommend to friends.

Very reasonably priced work. But here's the coolest thing: when I expressed concern that the normal charcoal-grey mesh diminished the view out the windows, he suggested a light grey mesh he'd recently used at someone else's home. It's virtually see-through, looking through them to the outside, and aesthetically they look really great with the outside brick of my house. Best money I've spent so far on this renovation! Plus, he even removed a major wasp's nest for me, so he could get to the screen. What a pro! One final note: I was initially concerned that he wanted to take the screens to his shop to finish over the weekend -- but not to worry. He promptly made an appointment to return about 3-4 days later. Came back, did the install, and had even built one new screen that was missing. Don't hesitate here, folks. Personable, professional, and delivers quality results. You'll wish every renovation project was this easy.

I call Ray at Mobile Screen Works and he agreed to come up to Portland to help me. He was on time and did an excellent job! Every thing was completed within an hour since he does the work on site. I had priced getting the material and doing the work myself. So glad I didn't. His price wasn't that much more and I was glad to let him take care it it all for me.

I called Ray and left a message. He called me back right away. He came out and measured everything then returned a few days later and installed the screens. The screens look and function like screens should. This experience was great and I would use Ray's service again.

He was exceptional! He was prompt, courteous and professional. He did quality work and was extremely fair and reasonable. I thought the repair would cost much more than it did. I am very happy to recommend him. This was the first time I used his services but it will definitely not be the last. I wish there were more business people like him.

I called and left a message on his answering machine. Ray called me back next day. I gave Ray my window and door measurements and he called me back with a quote. I thought the price was very reasonable and we scheduled a time for him to come out. Ray was on time and he came about 20 to 25 miles. Ray gave me a volume discount. Ray tolled me I didn't have to be there as he could come get the screens for the outside (but I was available so I was home when he came to get them). Ray took all the screens and returned four days later as scheduled to reinstall them (ray also provides onsite repairs for smaller jobs).
I was very pleased with everything... I would recommend him.

I never actually met Ray, we simply corresponded via email and got everything set up. He was more reasonably priced than other quotes I received and very easy to work with. He did the job when he said he would and it's been 8 months now and I'm still very happy with the work. I would definitely use him again.
