Craig has helped me twice now with my A/C system. I found him the old fashioned way, by letting my fingers do the walking through the yellow pages. After calling a dozen HVAC companies, including the big guys, he was the most reasonably priced. His cost for a refrigerant recharge is considerably less than anyone else, and he is both professional and prompt. Since I clearly have a leak in my cooling system, he has provided me with a very fair (unfair to the competition) quote on upgrading my condenser units and evaporator coils. He took the time to get into the attic and the crawl space to determine model numbers of the existing units so that he could retrofit them with updated parts. When I decide what to do about replacing them, I will return to post an update.
