Over the past 6 six years, Mike Roy has installed for us a new roof, new windows, and most recently this finishing touch of a beautiful siding job which included the ceiling of our large screened in porch. This is an old fashion contractor who has years of experience and takes pride in his work. Mike is professional, easy to work with, and uses top quality materials at a reasonable price. He communicated when they would come, what they would do, and exactly how much it would cost.
We did have a couple of windows that developed cracks in the glass. Fortunately, Mike had ordered from a company that provided a lifetime warranty. Mike was just a phone call away. He personally handled the reorder and replacement. We consider ourselves lucky to work with this contractor. All these updates makes our 40 year old home look grand and very sellable.
