ALTHOUGH WE PAY YEARLY FOR A CONTRACT WITH MIDDLE TENNESSEE EXTERMINATING COMPANY, THEY DO NOT COME TO INSPECT OUR HOME YEARLY. WHEN I CALLED ABOUT HAVING THEM CHECK TO SEE IF WE HAD TERMITES, THEY SAID THAT WAS NOT THEIR USUAL PLAN, BUT THEY WOULD COME TO CHECK AT ADDITIONAL COST.

"We never told her there would be an addittional cost. I have no idea wyhere she would come up with such an inaccurate claim. We inspect after payments are made because we were inspecting some customers and they would never pay. However we offer Free Inspections at any time, and [removed member name] seemed to think that she was paying for an Inspection. she was not, she was paying for Termite Insurance. The Insurance was in effect as long as she paid, I do not know why she feels she was paying for an inspection, when they are free?"
