He had to come out another time because it failed, found some other parts and we were able to get a whole new unit under warranty. He had to go through the first step, not because he made a mistake, but he had to go through a process for us to get a new unit anyway. He handled the warranty company completely, he was totally professional, and explained everything to them and how much it was going to cost. I felt like he was genuinely concerned on our behalf with the company he had to deal with. He was very informative, thorough, and very professional. He even took calls after hours.
