THEY WHERE VERY PROMPT AND STAYED IN CONTACT, BUT THEY DENTED OUR DOOR TRIM. HOWEVER THE WASHER SQUEAKED AND THEY WERE VERY QUICK TO REPLACE THIS ONE FOR US.

LOWES PROVIDES A LARGE SELECTION OF CHOICES. MANY DIFFERENT VARIETIES OF TILE FOR YOUR MANY TILE NEEDS. I SHOPPED SOME SPECIALTY TILE SHOPS, AND THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY BETTER TILE THAN LOWES.

WE LOVE OUR DOORS, BUT IT WAS VERY FRUSTRATING DEALING WITH LOWE'S. THEY WERE VERY SLOW TO RESPOND TO OUR REQUEST. THEY WERE SLOW IN INSTALLING THE DOORS. WE ASKED TO HAVE THEM INSTALLED ON FRIDAY WHEN WE WERE HOME AND THEY DID NOT. THERE WAS A PIECE THAT WAS CUT THE WRONG SIZE AND THEY WERE SLOW IN FIXING THAT ERROR. WE HAD TO MAKE SEVERAL PHONE CALLS. I WILL TRY TO FIND WHAT I WANT ELSEWHERE IF POSSIBLE.
