I've used Jerry for several service calls on my HVAC unit and to replace a water heater. It's a small operation but he's always responded quickly. I like him because he shoots straight, no unnecessary up-sells, honest work at a fair price. Would highly recommend.

When the pre-closing inspection of our house was done, we found that the air conditioner units (upstairs and downstairs) weren't cooling very well, and there was a hole in one of the vent ducts in the attic. Since we were out of town, our Realtor recommended Lanham's Service Center to perform the repair work.

Mr. Lanham came to the house, checked out both air conditioners (and heaters), cleaned both units, charged the systems to spec, changed out a dirty filter, retested, fixed the damaged vent duct, and now everything is now working great. The price was very reasonable, and the results were fantastic.

We have used him for many years. He installed a new system at my Mother-in-law’s place today. He is very reliable. He works on word of mouth. He is very honest. He does everything in detail. I have two AC’s and two heating units and he does regular tune ups and cleaning on them. He took some time to get back to me the last time as he was very busy.
