We had relocated to the area and were not using a realtor in searching for homes.  I would basically email a realty company with questions regarding a home and if interested schedule a day and time to see the property.  Kristy showed me a home that I was interested in seeing.  The home was a foreclosure and not in good shape.  She asked me what I was looking for and what areas I was interested in.  Kristy stood out from other realtors I had talked to in the past.  Most realtors want to send you a list of homes based on things they can type in the computer and automatically generate you a list.  For example any realtor can type in the square footage, price and location where you are interested in homes. Then they automatically have the computer generate and send a listing. It takes more work when a person says I want a home with a private backyard, an all brick home, a large kitchen, a foreclosure etc.    She took into account what I was looking for and only sent homes that meet our criteria. For example, one thing we wanted was home with a private backyard.  She only sent listings that offered a private backyard instead of a lot of listings that I had to sift through.  A second thing that she was able to do was to send a listing of foreclosure homes that met our criteria.  We wanted a new home with a lot of land and were having trouble finding that.  She recommended an area close to where we wanted to be that had those options.  She also sent a listing of homes in our price range with motivated sellers.  She was very helpful and a pleasure to work with.  Unfortunately just about the time I met Kristy and received her listing we had found a house we liked and made an offer.
