Her work is very high quality and the customer service is wonderful. She is so prompt, customer oriented, and friendly. Janet went above and beyond by driving all the way to my house to pick up the piece and then all the way back to Brentwood to drop it off at my school. I will definitely be using Janet again!
Additionally, her prices were significantly lower than several Nashville area upholsterers. And her turnaround time was a good 2-3 months faster.

The loveseat was a mess. The exterior was torn and dirty, the cushions sagged, and the springs were coming out the bottom. By the time Janet finished with it, it looked brand new and is gorgeous! The ottoman was in great shape, but unfortunately the fabric did not match anything. Another of my friends recommended Janet so I had seen her work and l knew she did a great job which is why I selected her in the first place. Janet came to the house, on my schedule (which is horrendous by the way) and we talked about what I wanted. Janet is a great listener and very professional. I was impressed that she was willing to pick the pieces up, as I had no way to transport and unload them. I realized as we were talking that my best bet might be to give her an idea of what I wanted, but to let her make some decisions as she got going on the job. I was not concerned about style as she obviously has great taste and designs well.
When she brought the furniture back I could not believe the difference! The loveseat was modernized, skirt-free, which streamlined the look considerably, and is very well put together. Janet had used a higher and more dense seat foam, made repairs inside and underneath and the seats and back are now firm and supportive the way they are supposed to be. The ottoman was done beautifully as well. Corded top and bottom and just looks great!
Janet also threw in a free pillow that she designed and that pulls all of the fabrics together. My cat, Murphy, approves as do I. You can see from the before and after pictures what a professional job Janet does. Be advised that I know how to reupholster and restore furniture, but do not have time to do that these days so was thrilled to find someone that is as concerned about quality control as I.
