I was the one who did J&H's first review. We used Jessie for a lot of work. for a while, while he wasn't bust and was establishing his business he was great. However he can never say no to a job so he became totally unreliable. He would promise to show up and we wouldn't hear from him for weeks. Because he was afraid of not having work, he spent hours on the phone speaking to prospective customers while I was paying him an hourly rate. While that rate seemed reasonable, because of his time on the phone and his general slow working, he wound up being very expensive. I believed his work quality was good but when I had to hire an new contractor to finish what Jessie never finished, he felt the quality of work was substandard. After using J&H for over a year, I can honestly say I can never recommend him to anyone.

They are the best. They do excellent work. They have reasonable prices. They are great people.
