About us

We provide in home appliance repair on all major appliances. We are factory trained, and authorized by;Whirlpool,and Maytag, for all warranty and out of warranty repairs. We do out of warranty repairs on all major brands.We are located in the Hendersonville TN area. We service all of Sumner county TN. You can reach us at our office at 615-824-6442. We will be more than happy to answer any questions you have, and schedule service for all of your appliance maintenance and repair needs. We accept;,check, visa and master card, and cash. We also work with several home and extended warranty companies call and see if we work with yours. Our service call is $74.95. We have a flat rate labor fee. If your appliance just needs a simple part replacement all you will pay is the service call fee and cost of part. On bigger jobs i.e.; refrigerator compressors, washing machine transmission and others we have a flat rate as well. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Keith squeezed our refrigerator repair into his busy schedule. From the time he arrived he got to work and explained how things operated and why he was checking them. He eliminated most of the possibilities, put everything back together and told me what to do while we were following up on the last one. He called me 2 days later, right when he said he would, to get the results and left the decision up to me. Spend more money on a repair that may or may not work, or put that money towards a new one.

I chose a new one and was very confident in Keith's knowledge and experience. His service call charge is very reasonable and lower than any other that I'm aware of. I was going to try to fix it myself, but am so glad I didn't. I have already recommended him to a friend and will call him the next time I need an appliance repair.

Keith from Helping Hand Appliance was wonderful. They contacted me right away after I sent a message via Angie's List. I missed their call that day, but called back the next day to schedule an appointment and he said he could come out that day to fix it. He was on time and got my washing machine up and running in no time for a fair price. He also helped me with my dryer too even though that was not what I had called him for. He did a great job, was friendly and honest. I would definitely use Helping Hand Appliance again and have recommended them to friends and family! Excellent service!!

Very professional, congenial, and performed the installation seamlessly. Very knowledgeable about variances by brand. At the end he found a filter and handed it to us and said we can usually just install by unscrewing a few screws inside the microwave and left it with us. We found no such screws or placement for the filter was found. We decided it must be for external exhaust (our microwave could either internal or external). The microwave has performed perfectly and seems very secure.
