Went well. They got us in quickly, installed our new garage door opener in the time they told us it would take, and were very professional. Casey took extra time to go through all the extra features, was very patient with our questions. Casey was GREAT and the company’s overall customer service was exceptional. Good company to consider when making a decision on who to select for any of your garage door needs! We highly recommend them and would use them again.

Very happy with the service from Heavenly Garage Doors! We were able to make an appointment for the next day and the technician was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We were called ahead of time before our appointment and they were even able to come a little early, which was nice. Within 24 hours of calling, we have a working garage door at a fair price! Highly recommend this company!

I called and he offered to come out that same day. I was already at the office and I asked if the following morning was good. It was and he arrived on time. He looked at it and was to fix it in just a few minutes. He showed me what had happened and even showed me what else I could do to keep the door opening smoothly. I was very pleased. If I ever need anything done on the garage door again, I'll call him first without hesitation.

Called Tim Carnes about repairing or garage door, left a message and called me back within the hour. Tim worked around my schedule and came out to our home around 7PM and replaced the spring that had broken the night before. Great customer service, response time and all around cool dude. I will defiantly recommend him to others and call him again for any future repairs.

Every time that Tim has come, he has found the problem (no matter how long it took) and made sure everything was in working order before he left. He has repaired all the damage done when I backed into the door, gotten the mechanism back on track, put weather stripping on the outside of the door, reprogrammed the outside keypad, replaced the side sensor, etc. He is always reasonable, helpful, pleasant, and timely. I could not ask for any more from a repairman and wouldn't consider ever calling anyone else. TIM IS YOUR GUY!!!!

Great service. Spring broke disabling door, locking cars within. Technician came with in a couple of hours. upgraded to double springs and also replaced all rollers at my request. Prompt, courteous and reasonable. Highly recommend this company.

the provider was courteous and efficient he explained everything about my new unit I would not hesitate using him again the price was excellent I got a brand new unit. That is garage door opener. With 2 remotes. I had an old remote he even programmed it for mr I now have 3 remotes the job took 1 1/2 hours I got Same day service I called at 8 am the provider was at my home at noon that is great service. Heavenly garage doors. Gets. An a plus from me. If your ratings were 5 stars. The provider would get all 5 stars from me. Great job

We are very pleased with the new garage door and the repaired garage door and opener. Our vintage garage is now up to code with new breaker box, outlets for garage door opener and shop lights.
